“We would unconditionally recommend Apple Home Builders as a top value home builder. We are very pleased with the service, flexibility and value from Apple Home Builders. Brian has been very informative and supportive — a great resource to deal with in the Tavistock community. We were able to work with the Apple Home Builders team to make changes and additions to the standard floor plan. We purchased the larger version of the Plum model and were able to reconfigure the kitchen to be the same as the smaller version. We also were able to include several special features that are important for us — one example being custom wiring in the basement for one of our hobbies. We’ll be taking possession of our home shortly. Throughout the build Apple Home Builders has been very accommodating, allowing us to tour our home after hours as the build progressed. We looked at five other builders and found that Apple Home Builders offers the best value. One item is price, where their base price plus costs for changes are less than the other builders we investigated. However, for us, low cost is not the same as high value. Specifically, the quality of the build is excellent and the support of the Apple Home builders team is superior.”
